You question doesnt really make sense and if you are asking an opinion then why didnt you make a poll lol. I cant stand when people make a thread asking for an opinion and essentially a vote but do not make a poll.

sansa e250...battery last more than 1 week, the audio quality is great, great EQ, more than enough space for music (do you really think you can listen to 30gb of music in 2 hours?) support for micro SD, radio, video, photos...ipods are completly overrated

Ipods play mp3s so they don't compete they work together as one. Ipod is a music player and mp3 is a media format. Im guessing you meant are Ipods the best music player. The answer is yes.

I have one of those small 8 GB Zunes. It's fantastic! Great battery life, and it holds music in 320 kbps, something iPods still can't seem to support for some reason (at least in my sister's case). So I'm going with Zune :)

If you mean an mp3 player by another manufacturer or an ipod, then another mp3 is my choice. I had an ipod touch 2nd gen and sold it a few weeks ago for a sony walkman. I actually like the walkman alot better then the touch. I sadly fell for the apple hype and will never buy another one of their overpriced products again.

Any other MP3 player because I am not a fan of the AA3 format the Ipod uses for the songs. I prefer non-proprietary formats for my music.

In terms of apps, the itouch.

In terms of music playback(the former sole purpose of these portable media players), there are far better players out there.

Yeah my friend told me he has no problem with that bit rate on his. I think my sister's ipod is just messed up or something =/
