What? I don't even know what you are talking about. Can you not log in because someone stole your password, or is it a virus?

Also, a lesson to all the kiddos out there. Make sure you always have a good offline virus scanner handy (in case a trojan mucks up your internet). I personally suggest Malware Bytes' Anti Malware.

A freezer is just a DDOS, there's nothing you can do from your end unless you can hack the MS servers and take off the DDOS protection. Just wait it out.

They could sort it out but it usually takes a couple weeks for tech support to respond by which point it will have solved itself anyway.

If they lost it forever it's either not a freezer or the culprit left the freezer up forever.

So im f**cked?

Personally i doubt it's a freezer, more likely is someone stole your details and have changed the password. Why do you think it's a freezer?

Well ive changed my password 4 times, and each time ive entered the new password it says it wrong. Sure it cant be wrong 4 times!! so i did a little research online about the error code that came up and some people say its a freezer hack, other people found no solution and only 1 person fixed there by chaning there proxie thing with there service provider. I think the error code was 80048823 or some ting like that Personally i doubt it's a freezer, more likely is someone stole your details and have changed the password. Why do you think it's a freezer?

:P Who cares! Its a great piece of software anyway! I love how it always manages to find something on your PC that shouldn't be there no matter how protected you think your PC is.
