What is responsible for this occurence? Are any of you going to have trouble sleeping tonight because of this?

Up until a few weeks ago, the statue had appeared to be stationary[QUOTE="DJ419"]
The bottom of the statue probably has a bulge in it. Subtle vibrations from people walking by are causing it to spin slowly.

These people are awesome for their Courage knowlege.
As for the topic, tis an interesting little mystery. Really curious as to see what might end up being found as the cause.
