[QUOTE="wstfld"]TC, may I ask what you were eating? I'm trying to cut down myself. n00bproof
You're going to have to start REALLY light. This is the hardest part of it, and may not be considered healthy by some people, but in reality you're going to have to do this to train yourself not to always want food. I ate a granola or cereal bar for breakfast, something small for lunch (never really mattered what exactly it was) and tomatoes on fiber bread for dinner. This will train your body to eat less food, make your metabolism more effective, and flush out water weight pretty quickly, and it will make a difference immediately. After a few days of doing that, then we can start eating properly. I'd eat something healthy and substantial for breakfast, normally a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. I would usually eat fruit and vegetables at lunch, like a salad. Dinner, grilled skinless chicken is awesome, and try to add vegetables in with it. Have one day a week where you'll just eat as much as you want as long as your metabolism will not have you gain all the weight back in one day, a few weeks ago I had a day where I had 11 slices of pizza for dinner. :P
Walk or jog everyday if time permits it, or do plenty of cardio excercises at the gym.
I've been eating pretty well -- egg whites, frozen/canned fish (tuna/salmon/sardines), light soup (100 calories), chicken breasts, salad, fruit, vegetables, diet coke and water. I try to put a combination of those together that's under 2,000 calories which is pretty easy considering its mostly protein. Its the weekend that kills me; drinking is pretty much my entire social life so that's really tough to give up.
