My dad just told me that everything i do its easy to do

Ok let me tell you the hole story, I work for my father and I'm studding economy, the only thing that i have left to finish the school its to make my thesis. In my father work I'm in charge of the ISO 9001:2008 certification of the company (yes me alone) Im in charge of all the documentation required, all the process the statistic analysis. EVERYTHING. And beside that I have to find some time to make my thesis.

And yesterday my father just told me that he has no idea why i look so tired, that everything i do its easy to do, that should be more calm..... Can you believe this he didn't even finish the High School and he is telling me that everything i do its easy.

I'm so pissed of, i mean really pissed off, he never appreciate things that i do.

It might be easy for your dad to say so since he just sees you doing the work. Maybe he hasn't really experienced doing the actual thing. Most things are just easier said that done, or so they say.reikalee

establishing an ISO program is no easy feat. I had to do that in college for a theoretical company, I cannot imagine how hard it can be for a real company with real consequences.

Are you in food production or something? I only ask because I was in a food prgram as well.

My dad doesn't appreciate anything I do either. I got Honor Roll (3GPA or better) almost every Quarter in school. But, I try to not let it bother me.D0ub13_5c0r3

Yes it's hard, and no its not a food company, we sell drug test's, we make clinic test, psycological test, blood test, and we make any kind of ID system (Drive licences, Work ID, Schools ID's, etc..)

It's a lot of stuff, and guess how many people are in charge of theSystem of qualit management. You guess ONE.

yeah i think he may be just trying to give you a backbone...business is tough and if you cant take it or dish it out you may not be the man for his job when he retires....i say just be a adult and proffessional and you will get the respect...even if its not the verbal praise your looking for...

If your thesis is of the same caliber as this post in terms of spelling and grammar, then you really need to up your game.

I think if he is writing a thesis and covering something as complex as ISOs, then English problably is not his first language.
