NOOOO!!!! Not the doggie
I'm really sorry to hear that :( I can't imagine losing my dogs :cry:Â
He was suffering from a liver disorder, something about him not getting any energy or anything out of the food he ate, so either he'd starve to death or we had to put him down... Cralle435
That's one of the main reasons why my dog was put down too. He had liver problems.
He was also diabetic and had cataracts, so he was virtually blind.Â
Same thing happened to me except with a cat. Well and a dog. When I opened that pic I almost burst out crying. I know how you feel.
Everyone dies.[QUOTE="mohan88"][QUOTE="Cralle435"]I miss him so much:(UbAdm
Well thanks for pointing that out Captain Obvious :roll:Â
Some things just can't die for example: like a thread that someone made that is called Do you believe in God or Do you believe in Science. :DSorry to hear that man. What helped me when my cat and dog died, is I got two baby kittens. So, get new animals after a while, it might help.

Yeah I advise that as well.
We got a kitten last month, and it's helped us not exactly "forget" about the dog. But not dwell on his death.Â
It's just a pet...
No different than a car. They get old, so you get a new one eventually.
Chloroformality
Wow. That's pathetic if that's how you view it. Have you ever even had a pet before?

Of course I have.
And they've died before... I was sad... but felt better when we got a new one. It's like when a child loses a balloon, the second they get another one they stop crying.
That's why I don't get too attached to pets. They're entertaining and I do like them, but that's basically what they are... entertainment.

What kind of entertainment do you get from a pet? Honestly. Â

Not everyone get's over pets simply when they get a new one. And maybe that's why you've never gotten attached to a pet, because you view them as simply entertainment.  Â

People think there is some deep logic behind the ownership of a pet. The basic belief that an animal can love you is completely insane.
The reason I like pets is because they offer a secondary companionship when you're alone at times, which is always comforting. I can see this as why so many people take a liking to them.
But a pet wags its tale and follows you around because you feed it..... nothing more. So, I really see no reason to get attached to something that simply entertains me in exchange for food.
