had 1300 dollars saved up, was gonna save up for a nice car, instead felt the need to buy an hdtv so went ahead and did that, 1300 dollar Visio 42 inch, Im now investing cash 200 monthly in stocks and can barely keep a dime in my pocket, serverly needing a new car, I have 300 right now but dont have anything to get... I dont know what makes me more mad... my stupid investment, or the fact that I have to do backbreaking work 20 hours on weekends to save up for this stuff while a lot of kids get it for free... P.S. I barely even use the HDTV, I did for a bit then got more into guitar then just stuck with that, I really want that 1300 dollars back :'(
But I know how you feel, I always feel like I made the wrong choice no matter what it is. I'm always like "man I really should've bought this instead" but eh, not much I can do about it besides make a better choice next time.
Dude just sell the TV if you don't want it_Dispair_
yea im looking to sell it now actually... its a nice ass tv, watching my bro play mass effect on it now, it looks amazing, but since i dont play games no point for Manute
I spent 1k on a phillips 42"... i thought it wouldent be as cool oncei got it home... i thought i'd regret it after... I dont... it's f'in glorious... dont sell it, you know you dont want to.
I guess everyone buys stupid stuff that they wish they could take back. I've spent 1000's of dollars on stuff that I wish I wouldn't have. I think my dumbest investment was buying $150 worth of savings bonds when I was 17. I don't think any of them get over 3% APY. :(
lol maybe your future was to help save the planet, so faith had you buy a tv instead of a car. That way you and others like myself can take the bus or metro :D
