My brother lives with me,and both our parents are deceased.I am 18 and he is 11.Can i actually be his legal guardian?Am i automatically his guardian being that i am his closest adult blood relative.Can he live with me.

depends on where you live, but in most places at 18 you can be a legal guardian.

How old was he when they died? How old were you? Do they have a will? This should all have been sorted out when they died, and you should have been evaluated to see if you could take care of him on your own.

Child protective services: "We were told there was an underaged child of Mr. and Misses? " Child protective services: "Oh, he is missing? Oh well. Case closed.". Okay, the OP seems very.. strange to me. Your parents are deceased but you are unsure if your little brother can live with you? I mean, how did you get him in the first place? How could you NOT know you are his guardian? You do not just pick up your underages siblings if both parents are deceased and let them stay at your place and ponder if they are allowed to or not. Unless you want brought up on kidnapping charges.
