My mom says im addicted to the computer..

and i dont have a good comeback i go on it to work on stuff alot and to look at gaming news or play games..... theres nothing really better to do on the weekdays and nobody really lives around me...im always out on the weekend but on the week i just stay on the computer alot and play alot of games but my mom just wont give up calling me a no life son of a ***** and crap its starting to get on my nerves .... what shud i do?

Well, I dunno. The TC is in college (judging by his other topic that just got locked), so im wondering if he has a job. I work about 30-40 hours a week and im at university, maybe if he gets a job she will quit whining at him so much.

I don't know. You shouldn't be constantly stuck to the computer,  I guess just try to find other things you can do (ex: go bike riding). 

The next time your mom says you're addicted to the computer, just tell her, "Well, at least I'm not addicted to something really bad, like sex, because if I were, you'd be a grandmother right now!" Then tell her to go away because you just got a new email and it requires your immediate attention. Don't forget to make whatever sound your computer makes when you get email, so she'll believe you.JustPlainLucas

If your this addicted to computers and games, go buy a Wii, or a copy of Guitar Hero. Those are some game systems/games that are really interactive. I know my mom doesn't complain now that I have those.
