My Mom was just diagnosed with cancer.

Never thought that I'd have to say that, but I've always wondered what it would be like. It's hard to know what to think right about now, I'm pretty much the only one that's not crying, even my friends are. But apparently it's in the early stages, so the Drs. believe they can kill it.

      I made this post because I know that some of you have been/going through the same thing that I am, how did you feel when you found out?

Really sorry to hear that dude :(. When my Father was diagnosed with cancer, I too was the only one not crying probably through being dumbstruck, though his prognosis was not good and he died within about 6 weeks...though he had 3 different types.....

Anyway I wish the best for your Mom in making a complete recovery :)

That sucks man.  I often wonder how i would react if one of my parents died or something.

What type of cancer?

I know how you feel.  My mom died of leukemia in October of last year.  I'm sorry about your mom.  I'll be praying for her.

Cancer is such a horrible thing to deal with, I hope your mom get's better.

Dude, that sucks... my grandfather got diagnosed with lung cancer after WWII, cause he smoked too much, he died a year later.

I still miss him, losing a family member is hard, lets pray that your mother gets cured of it ASAP.
