1. I would do a little research into how many households have computers in that part of the world. Then research how many households actually have regular electricity.
2. I would do a little research into how much it would cost to send millions of flyers/pamphlets to another country. Then research how many of them would be use for toilet paper or fires when it was discovered they were from an American Christian organization.

I'm pretty sure these terrorist groups have a website or an email. How else woul we know about them?
If you've watched any TV over the last 10+ years, you've probably seen the conditions in many of the countries that harbor terrorists. While the urban areas are developed, the rural areas are not.
That isn't even the most important point. How many of these so-called terrorists/organizations would actually read what you send. Many of them do what they do in the name of their religion, so they operate in a serious religious fervor, and thus exteremly unlikely to look at another religion seriously.
In addition, you cannot ignore the fact that there are Christian fundamentalists that are militant. Every religion has them. So if you were to convert a few, what prevents those people from becoming militant Christians?
I don't have cable, but i'm pretty sure they have internet access.
I've never heard of a christian army, i think you're a bit lost on this one.
