I plan to get in line outside the store October 29th. I will have 30 days to wait, but I will bring a can and some drum sticks and a coffee can for tips. I will play the drums for everyone. I figure if I make $15 a day I will have $450 by Black Friday. Enough to pay for most of the cost of a PS3 160gb bundle.

Or you could get a job and make that much money in two weeks at most...
Besides, a lot of stores don't allow you to sit out front and panhandle. And many cities and towns don't allow for aggressive panhandling either, which is what you were describing there.

si, get a job. and it depends what city your in. yes yes yes i know, free speech, etc. but if you are disturbing business you can be forced to leave.
You're only just now thinking of camping out? Wow. I've been camping out in front of Best Buy for about a month now and I'm third in line (out of five).
