My understanding of the end of the world and why you shouldnt believe in it.

Before i begin this is my understanding so i might be inacurate or incorrect.

although the majority of you dont believe in the end of the world/mayan calendar i ran into some who actually believe it will happen. heres why it wont happen.

THe end of the world has many names; armagedden, apocolypse, end of days, oblivion..etc and it all means that the world will be devestated and everyone dies. this also has a connection to the bible as in revelation is described that one day the world will go through this. Making people believe that the date of december 21 will be the same revelation that the bible is speaking about.

But theres a catch.

To believe that the world is going to end is to believe in the bible. But in the bible it says that Jesus/God alone knows the date and time of the end of the world. Noone besides god, not even the angels, High Angels or the devil knows when the end of the world will occur. So if you go by this understanding then ultimately you can rest assured that the end of the world wont occur on the 21st of december because you are aware of it ( and pretty much the rest of the world). THats why its simply not true.

lets curiously look at the other side of the coin. If the armagedon does occur than that also tells us that the bible is not true since we know the date ( and in the bible it says only God knows) which then turns us all of religion/God is a lie, so we should fear armaggedon because its not a judgement of God. but then if religion is a lie then armaggedon shouldnt be happening.

So trying to recap;

If we know the date of armagedon then no way it can happen because in the bible it says only God knows the date.

If armagedon does occur then it means The bible was wrong.

This is coming from my understanding so i could be innacurate in some areas.

Just THINK for a minute... clearly nothing seems... to be indicating that the end of the world will happen... duh.

No planets coming to us, no bible armageddon, no big floods, no massive blackouts, no birds attacking people... wait that was that movie, right?... nontheless... NOTHING! will happen on THAT VERY DAY... The end of story.
