I have a video (please comment) that I want to post to YouTube. I have two accounts. I made the second account while the first got banned. It says NEVER EVER CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT after you've been banned. If this is true, can I still access the 2nd account without worry, and can I post videos/comments without YT knowing that I was the account holder of the banned account?

Well, I'm inclined to give you an honest answer, but I've seen some crazy #### posted on Youtube so I have to wonder just how obnoxious you were to get banned.

Well then to be on point, don't create another account. Or you can create another account on a different computer with a different IP address.

If it's not the point you shouldn't have posted a link to the video and pleaded with us to comment on it. That's borderline spamming.

As for your question, I don't think YouTube really keeps track of what IP address is making what account. . . as long as you don't do what you did to get banned last time you should be fine. But what do I know? I don't work for YouTube

They'll probably i.p. ban you. If you have a dynamic i.p. you'll be fine.

And how do I know whether it's dynamic or not?
