If it's not the point you shouldn't have posted a link to the video and pleaded with us to comment on it. That's borderline spamming.

As for your question, I don't think YouTube really keeps track of what IP address is making what account. . . as long as you don't do what you did to get banned last time you should be fine. But what do I know? I don't work for YouTube

They'll probably i.p. ban you. If you have a dynamic i.p. you'll be fine.mattyftm

And how do I know whether it's dynamic or not?
