I know some war vets who have trained themselves to not have to sleep for 3 days, so the guy I know only sleeps once every 3 days, and I haven't noticed a single change in personality or anything, I still don't know how the hell he does it, I can hardly function without 3 hours of sleep.
I'd imagin that can't be healthy. Even if he appears to be functioning normal,he probably has some lessened mental ablities. Or I could be wrong. I've not studied the idea of training yourself to not sleep for extended periods of time. Though that does remind me of that one episode of the X-files. Were vets were experimented on and couldn't sleep,ever.
He probably does, but, if they are there, they aren't that noticable, he doesn't get fatigue, he gets more things done, hell, he seems more energetic, but, I imagine on the 1 day he does sleep, it's probably for half the day lol.
