There are a lot of songs I've listened to many times, but picking a favorite is difficult as it may depend on the mood I'm in at that particular time. My favorite 80's song might be "Take On Me" by A-Ha - helped quite a bit as it's the strongest memory I have of the first music video I really remember. Around the same time would be "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor. Also around that same time would by "Beat It" by Michael Jackson and "Mr. Roboto" by Styx, of which I had both singles (records). Memorable the next year was when I got "Born In The USA" by Bruce Springsteen - the cassette, Christmas 1984, and that's one album I can listen to all the way through. There are many other 'favorites' but those are my earliest.
There's a couple from Smashing Pumpkins, like Luna Beautiful, and Do You Close Your Eyes. And from Buckethead, Padmasana, Binge and Grab, and Ghost From the Pushing Daisies soundtrack theres Lying in the Dark, and Pie Hole Holding Those are the first ones that come to mind when trying to think of a fave ;p

Very hard to say. But Badinerie in h minor by Bach is one I always mention since it is so enduringly good. Don't know if it's my favorite right now though.
I can't really decide which is my favorite, because it changes every few weeks or so.
That said, according to last.fm, my most played song is "The Silence" by Gamma Ray, with 2044 plays. The 2nd most played has only half of those plays, with 1072 plays; "The End Of This Chapter" by Sonata Arctica.
Those two songs were certainly my favorites at some point in time.
The song with the most listens this year so far has been Laser Enforcer by Slough Feg I've been addicted to the song since I first heard it and it has me really looking forward to the new album.Â

I will do a top 5. 1: "Nutshell" - by Alice in Chains 2: "Dusty" - by Soundgarden 3: "Poppies" - by Marcy Playground 4: "Sludge Factory" - by Alice in Chains 5: "Ava Adore" - by The Smashing Pumpkins Sure theres more. This was a rough list. Likely other songs that belong in the top 5 instead that I couldn't pull out of my mind at the moment.
Overall, it's probably a four-way tie between Wuthering Heights by Kate Bush, Like A Prayer by Madonna, Stand by Me by Ben E. King, and Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp K299; Second Movement.
