Nanny McPhee is too violent and racey for children

They gave it 2/10 for 'sex and nudity', saying:

In a flashback, newlyweds kiss before he carries her into their house. A wife runs to meet her husband returning from war and they kiss. A woman kisses an elderly man on the cheek to say thank-you and his eyes widen in surprise.
►A woman wears a low-cut blouse under a jacket and reveals a little cleavage in one scene. A woman blows away on a high wind and her skirt lifts slightly to reveal an almost knee-length girdle. A woman rides a sliding board as it pulls her dress up to her hips, briefly revealing bare thighs and legs.

They gave it 4/10 for 'violence and gore' and 3 out of 10 for profanity, citing such bad words as 'towny' and 'beastly'.

Honestly, search for any movie you like and you've got a hilarious read on your hands. Particularly tarantino movies.

I think you have this backwards. Piranha 3D has a 10.10.8 rating for sex, nudity, violence and gore. The lower score means there's less of it.cd_rom
