when itachi was going after naruto, jiraya was with him. itachi said that jiraya could kill itachi and kisami. but when the three sanine where having their showdown orouchimaru mopped the floor with jiraya and im pretty sure he could have won if it wasnt for tsunada. but in the naruto manga orouchimaru says that he cant kill itachi because he is too strong. so how can it be that itachi who is weaker then jiraya can kill orouchimaru when orouchimaro mopped the floor with him during the three sanine battle?
