Anything Ghost in the Shell is good. Others I'd suggest are Golgo 13, Perfect Blue, Paranoia Agent, Neo Tokyo, Akira, and Ninja Scroll.

Cowboy Bebop is my all time favorite though.

please take Naruto off the list that show has so much filler its not even funny. Wheres Tenchi Muyo, Outlaw Star and Gundam(the new 00 series is really good)? Elfin Lead(think thats how you spell it) Full Metal Panic are good too but if you want a fun anime full of nonsense and lulz check out Cromarty High...its hilarious.
