Need friend advice..

ok well yea this is my first post, and im posting for a reason.

My best friend is really an A - HOLE , and has been one to me over a long time. Im currently a junior in highschool. Ok well, hes stuck up for me alot in the past but he also only criticizes me when i have problems and such. Hes just naturally like this, but i never really have gotten a nice thing out of him , its very rare. Well, i have given him a sh((load of stuff and im only nice to him and try to talk to him when he is down. And tonite im talking to him online and he sayys he is going out .. i say "who where?" he say "god damn why u so noisy" im like "ok wutever dude" and he says "dude uve been such an a--hole lately ur so gay and signs off... JUST BECAUSE I SAID WHATEVER DUDE.. i need some advice from those who can look at this situation from a different angle.. him calling me an a--hole really blew me over the edge .. what do i do .... how can i talk to him?

Err... is he your only friend? It'd seem a shame if he was...

Well anyway, go out and find a new one. He is 100% DEFINATELY not a good person/friend so ditch him. TRUST ME. And tell him everything that you've just told us. Even if he like bashes you :O.
