Need help FAST! My keyboard is acting weird

I dont know where to post this so ill post here, mod me if you want but i just want some help.

So i dont know why but my keyboard characters are out of place and completely messed up (special characters only, letters and numbers are fine) and this is really annoying. I get * by clicking Shift + 8 and if i press * key i get {. All of these characters are out of place. I already tried clicking numb lock and Shift numb lock, nothing works.

Just go change a keyboard. There's too many cheap ones out there.

You got the american layout. At the bottom left it might say "EN". You can press it to change it to whatever country you live in.
