Need help finding a song.. badly

2 or 3 years ago, on International Music Feed channel, I saw a music video that contained:

-Dance music-ish
-Singer had short dark hair and glasses, gray shirt in some scenes I believe, Male
-Pink background at some parts, with white modern stripes/accents, film grainy
-Scene of lead singer spinning microphone my it's cord on a stage in front of a crowd with their hands raised
-Notable scene of 2 women who looked like twins, dark hair in a tight ponytail, sunglasses, bright red lipstick, moved back and forth in slow motion, pale-ish skin

Some of the lyrics I remember are (these are just bits that may not be exact):

"...sun goes down...lights come (or go) up..."
"...summer (maybe)... by city(sounds like)..."
"...be together..."
"...together united...(or)...we stand united...(or)...we are united..." (something with united, I'm pretty sure)

I know this is pretty vague, but I'm hoping the lyric bits, paired with the parts I remember seeing will maybe job the memories of those of you who've seen it. I'm really after this song. NOTE: I've asked this question a few times, and a few people thought I was talking about "Video Killed the Radio Star". But I assure you, this IS NOT that song.

I haven't any money. This song has been eating away at me for the last 3 years and I need to find it.

The hunt is on I gues, now. I've done all I could, so now my only hope is that someone already knows it and can remeber it based off my info, or they have epic search skills.
