I hate my job and I want to quit but the problem is I need the money and I can't seem to find a better job anywhere else, what should I do? Or more so I hate the hours I work. Hate the job too but if I had better hours it wouldn't be nearly as bad. And I don't want to get fired in a way that screws me over too badly.
EDIT: Go there and goof off. I've seen TV shows, nobody checks up on the guards so its you with 8 hours of doing anything you want. Use the wi-fi to kill time.
HIre a few friends to rob the place. Pretend to fall asleep during the act. Next day, you get fired and you get to split the cash. That might give you some time to find a job.UltraZero

Fake injury like a bone fracture. Use two-three weeks time to find new job and get the money for the time being as well. You could always be a cashier in a Restaurant

Do you have any other type of skills? Maybe you can possibly go in another field with a bit more pay. If not then... you should just keep the job you have. I'm sure most people hate their job. :P

Take your 30% share and let them keep 70% Start working in a restaurant, earn money, Use your 30% share and restaurant money earned to invest in a company. Make more money. I do have some skills but I haven't been able to get a job in that field yet Keep looking for those jobs or think of some other skills that you have. Unless it asks for a degree or years of experience, I am sure anyone could apply.

I wouldn't advise getting fired. That's always going to hurt your future prospects. As an employer, that's a big negative. You can always resign. That does not look bad.
