need help (Girl advice you wouldn't expect)

And well i really like her and we go out together quite a but but i have refrained from kissing her and sticking to the hugs because i've heared stories of people dying from peanut allergies after kissing their significant other. And i do stay away from straight up peanut products when I eat but that doesn't mean other types of nuts(she's allergic to almost all nuts) are not ever consumed. For example recently i was with a classmate at his house (now the girl i like is suppose to show up later on). he pulled out a package of cookies and began to eat them. I didn't ask him right away if there were any type of nuts in the cookies. So when the girl showed up I immediatly started reading over the contents of the package of cookies and it turned out there was nut oil in the cookies. I immediatly told my classmate we can't eat these because "the girl" has a strong peanut allergy. He sort of brushed it off as a joke and eventually had to get really mad at him. Well it turned out we didn't get much done because he had spread the oil from his hands that were handling books that we were studying with. I did the right thing but i didn't want it to come to that.

so i guess my real question is what can i do to prevent myself from getting into these situations? Does anyone have any experience from peanut allergies or are in a similar situation?

carry around a bunch of benadryl so if she does eat something stupid, you can be her hero

i'm not gonna end it because it's not like i can't live without peanuts. I don't need my Oh Henry bar i hardley eat peanuts its more of the stuff where it "may contain peanuts". I'm not looking to end it.

You could eat tons of peanut and she wouldn't die after a kiss - as long as you brush your teeth. On the other hand you're way overprotective. She's a big girl, she know her allergies, and she knows what to not eat. I'm not suprised that your cookie friend thought that the whole situation was a joke - so would I.

and apparently it has caused reactions 24 hours after being exposed to peanuts even after brushing your teeth ~just saying

and no, i don't act over protective i'm just looking for advice and i can understand why you would see it as a joke but to me its not. And i know she knows her allergies she has lived with it all her life it's me who doesn't know the allergy

This reminds me of a time when:

I was in Multi-variable Calculus drawing on the desk. When this incredibly attractive russian girl pulls out a banana.....

.....and out of nowhere the girl sitting next to me, not russian, flips out, yells, "Nooooo!!!" and bolts out of the class room.

No one knew what the hell was going on, but I laughed so hard I was asked to leave......Gooood times.

Turns out she is allergic to bananas...but we sat across the room from the russian.
