Why did you posted this question? Do you know how much threads like these are made each day in this forum? They've become so common it's annoying.

Look, try searching in google for "how to get a girlfriend", that's what I do. I've been aislated from the world for 5 years and I've just started to adapt to normal social life, instead of staring at a monitor or TV for many hours...

It has damaged me, but I still don't want to give up... If there is a cure for whatI have, I can be a normalguy again... although If I fail, there's the Marine Corps.

Just try not to make this topics... you're better off talking to someone you know and trust about the subject, or searching information about it on your own.

In my opinion, you should just wait and see how it plays out. Keep talking to her and get closer to her as a friend, and if you actually DO get closer to her, then decide whether or not/when to ask her out. Just don't do it right after you start talking to her.iMuffins

ok i've had my eye on this girl at school for almost a month You have only looked.

then today she asked me what my name was and later said that i reminded her of someone she knew....and we have been talking to eachother a little more (but mostly regarding school work) She has initiated contact and conversation!!
