Need help with Adobe Fireworks

I accidentally got rid of the box at the bottom with thetolerance and color and such, I cant figure out how to get it back. anyone know how to?

I have no idea what that is, but did you try going to the "toolbars" section and turning on the one with all the stuff you just said?
