Ok i have to make a website for school. I need to know who is the best FREE web hosting site is. I need to know how the whole process works. I'm a complete noob. I know how to make a web site using microsoft word but if any other FREE programs are better please say so. Thanks!
It'd be easier if you know HTML. If you don't, then there are plenty of free webhosts that have a wysiwyg editor. What are you planning to put on the website?

Then host your site, most important thing is check the company is trusted one or not, otherwise your most of the time you face problem.
