Need help with my sig !!

i need some help with my sig. i got the image. got the name. but its got white backround around it and i dont know how to put it onto the actual image. could somebody either do it for me or tell me how? i have corel paint shop pro X.

i got two images. ones an image that i would like to go on top of the other. and i wouldlike the white bit cropped out or whatever. ill upload the images to show you :)
