Ok, please excuse my spelling because i'm rushing. My best friend works at a golf course doing maintenance during the summer. Back in September, I really needed money, so I asked him to get me a job. He said he couldĀ get me one. Now usually, every summer, I go over my cousins with my family and hang out everyday, go swimming, just do different things. Unfortunately, we're having money problems, so my mom needs to get a job, so this will be the last summer we go over my cousins. Now the job I might take will be everyday, 6-3, weekends off. That's just like school. I'll have no time to see my cousins, because my friend always came home exhausted everyday. But the pay is REALLY good. So I'm really stuck here. I need to make a decision NOW. I'm home alone, so I can't ask my parents now, so, i just need a little push in the right direction. It's either, sacrifice the last time spent with my cousins (not forever, just over the summer) and sacrifice my summer, or get paid. Also keep in mind I'm not exactly thrilled with who I'll be working with. My friend keeps pressuring me, and he's the type to not let things die and really make you feel stupid, so I can't talk to him about it, he just kinda laughs.

Take the job. You'll appreciate the experience later on in life. I doubt you'll be too tired to do things after work. You'll get used to it. That way, you'll make money, be productive and have some fun at night.

I'd take the job.Ā  I have no idea what that kind of job would be like, but as long as it's not tedious and stressful, I'd takeĀ earning moneyĀ over hanging out with my cousins constantly any day.

Definently take the job dude. You don't realize how lucky you are to not have to work weekends. I've been looking for a job for months now without having to work on weekends and I can't find one at all so I'm stuck working junky hours.

this will work guaranteed.....it worked for me....take your right arm and put it perpendicular to the floor with your hand open with the palm facing your face....move your arm so that your palm is about 9 inches from your cheek....now heres the tricky part....quickly move your palm towards your face until you make contact with your cheek...repeat until you get sense knocked into you

Take it, everyone has to grow up and work (unless you live in Never Never-land with Tinker-bell).Ā  Plus it will look good on future applications that you were disciplined enough to show some work ethic.

I would take the job. You will atleast get to see your relatives on weekends and stuff. So it's not like you're leaving them forever. But the best of luck to you.
