Spamming - writing random crap, that has absolutely no point.. Trolling- Saying something just to make the person you are talking to mad..

I thought spamming was mass emailing....Where am I supposed to ask questions like this....It says in the forum title..."Off-Topic Discussion" right?...How does my asking a question about rules not constitute an off topic discussion?...GhostGrip15
