Well if they actually assumed he was 'ban dodging' because of that post and banned him for that, then that's the most ridiculous mod action I've seen on this site. Whoever did that should resign his/her internet cop status.MrPraline

I sort of don't understand how such often OTers get banned AFTER they get known. It's like, why wouldn't they have offended before they were known when they were new, rather to getting banned after being fine and safe, at least long enough for people to know them.FastNorwegian

Out of all the "so and so is banned" threads that I've seen this is the only one that saddens me greatly. Upon a quick review of the thread however, there does appear to be some hope that this is simply a misunderstanding and hopefully the clerical error can be rectified and Neon will be back soon. This is my hope at least.

Um, one: I can't ban. Why? I'm a gMod. GMods can only suspend, give point loss, and warnings, so how can I ban him? Two, I was talking to him by using "you" in general terms. Not to get into an argument, but Funky didn't blame you specifically for it, and also, his post was ambiguous, yes, but I'mpretty darn sure everybody else in that thread took it in the opposite way to what the mod who banned him did. Granted it was worded poorly but a perma-ban for that is ridiculous. If you had evidence to support the theory that he was a BD'er then no complaints here, otherwise, well, you know my stance on it.
