Just doesn't look as... imposing and menacing as the last Joker. Then again the only reason Heath Ledger pulled it off that well was his acting, so who knows about this guy. I'm still not impressed by the tattoos though.

Depending on the tone of the movie, this could be great or absolutely terrible.

May I be honest? He doesn't suit the role one single bit, it just looks all wrong (I have no doubt he'll play the role well, but he doesn't look the part). Not sure if it's the makeup artists to blame but something just doesn't look right when he's in costume.

Like Leto as an actor but on a purely cosmetic level his Joker is looking like complete ASS so far..

I wonder if this will be like the Xmen movies in which it basically became Hugh Jackman and friends. Be interesting to see if that happens with the Joker, or Will Smith, because he's the biggest star.

So we have an old as dirt batman on the tail spin of his career, and a hip young joker. I'm going to assume they have not met yet...... So many things done wrong in the DCU

I'm keeping my fingers crossed but I don't care for the look of any of the characters so far.
