The classic provides the storage and the iPod touch/phone is feature loaded.
I have an iPod touch and my song library is only about 2.5GB (I don't download music). Therefore, I felt the added functionality was better than the extra storage.
There's other options like the shuffle but you can probably get better players for the same price.
Well.. I don't want to spend to much.. so its more for all round use like movies mostly and some music.. and decent storage.. Also I used to have a Zen but i lost it..And want to get a Ipod.. just not sure which one..
I just got a ipod touch 8gb, its got enough room to put a few movies or tv shows on and some games and music. I like it haven't had any problems only wish it had a flash player built in but other then that does everything i want it too. Also it has a speaker in it didnt know that till i started messing around i would give it like a 8.5/10 if i had to rate it on a number scale good product imo and also the wi-fi and apps are nice too.

Zunes are horrible. anyways TC, you should get an iPod Touch. it's a great investment + great games with it too With the exception of the touch (which I consider overpriced) it is a far better player then the rest of the iPods.
Hmm.. Well 330 is quite a bit.. If i waited till Christmas (Long wait I know but i dont get that much cash to spend) How much you think it would of reduced in price?
if you need more than 32 gigs get a classic, if not, get a touch. if your really money tight and the space is ok, get a mini you really dont need to ask this question, the ipod options are very comprehensive and its easy to tell which is right for you
