In the new South Park the aired tonight where did that chant come from that the townsfolk were singing? I've heard it before many times in either a movie or TV show and its driving me crazy.

Yeah it wasn't that funneh. It might help though if I knew where that chant they kept singing came from. I have a feeling it had a lot to do with the satire.
Found it odd, because I agreed with the message before the episode. Anyway, I think I heard a general version of this song in the episode Damien. Different lyrics, same beat.
