No more freedom!

Apparently the "Freedom Tower" being built on the site of the world trade center is no more, or at least it won't be named the Freedom Tower. The builders are going to call it One World Trade Center.

Personally I like that better. I always thought the Freedom Tower name was just silly.

I think it should be called The Tower of William Wallace.

That is the address. The same as the previous towers (1 and 2 World Trade Center). I'm glad they changed it back. "Freedom Tower" is a relic from the period just after 9/11, when the whole nation went a bit crazy and started putting "freedom" on the names of everything (Operation Enduring Freedom; freedom fries).
