I've never had a problem. After watching the ODST video, it says Gamespot is unsafe. Any ideas?

Lots of images on GS are hosted elsewhere. It's possible one of them has some malicious looking code that Norton decided to block.

SOMETHING on this site is unsafe, not particularly the whole site. Norton is not lying/glitching. I will try to find out what's unsafe.

I wouldn't if I were you. It's been a bad day, and honestly, you don't want to see me on a bad day....

Kidding of course, I'm perfectly safe aslong as you remain at a1mile distance from me at all times.

Okay, this is in. The virus is located somewhere on the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City page. DO NOT go there without good anti-virus software. The said virus is a Vundo Trojan, a recent and specific-target virus. Not widely known. The threat level isn't very high, but again, not a lot of reports on it, so this could vary.

In short, be careful. How Gamespot got this virus, I don't know and don't care. Be careful around here.

Also, I'm not your latest geek who knows everything there is to know about the internet. All info I'm getting is mostly based on Norton Security's assessment and my experiences. So generally, things could be worse about this virus than it first seems.

Thanks for finding the page that is infected as well. Hopefully the site Moderators can remove the threat. I wonder how it's possible, but I'm not sure I want to know.

Oh, and Norton isn't a virus. It's a good enough program, but it has a flaw. And it's outclassed. Some viruses supposedly can exploit Norton to download more viruses. I'd recommend you download AVG Free 8.5 or MalwareBytes Anti Malware.

Both of them are free, and they can be found on the Cnet Downloads page (http://www.download.com)
