So I was just wondering if something has been numb for a few days, what that exactly meant. Obviously it isn't good, but I was just wondering how bad.

The ground was numb recently.

If you touch it, it can't feel you.

Depends where it is and what you've done to cause it. You could've done something to the nerves causing them to loose feeling.

Is that some sick mixture of a spine and a spleen?

It can mean a lot of things such as poor circulation, damaged nerve, or heart attack.

Maybe you were applying too much stimulation to one spot for too long...

Like sitting down for a long time.

Heart attack seems unlikely since it has been two days.
