NYC Public Schools Closed For The First Time In Five Years!

All NYC public schools are closed today due to the inclement weather. This is the first time in five years a city-wide school closing like this has happened. So does anyone else get to stay home form work/school today due to the weather? If so, what are your plans for today?

Mine got cancelled today at Clemson. I plan on reading my book so that I can write a paper on it. I wish I could play Dragon Quest 4. :(

It's great, my friends and I were planning on staying home and sledding anyway, but it's just official now.

I'm a senior but all this snow makes me feel like I'm 10 again.

I had a snow day today and I am hoping for a two hour delay tomorrow at least but my county is usually the most stubborn and does not like to call off/delay.

I kinda wish classes would get cancelled but don't want to deal with the weather but then again I would prolly just play a ****load of KZ2

Yeah, all classes before 10 AM got cancelled at Emory. It was nice but I was hoping for a full-day cancellation :(
