I think Obama is the slightly lesser of two evils, so that's who I'm going to vote for. But I don't think either one is worth getting excited about, their both pretty bad.
As for the dog question, I honestly wouldn't trust it in the hands of a politician, I don't want my dog to get dirty and I don't think all the baths in the world will be able to wash away all that filth from the dirty hands of a politician.
I can't help but feel Romney would sell my hypothetical dog to the nearest dinner that would take it. Obama would probably just treat it apathetically. Ron Paul would leave the dog on it's own to deal with it's problems.

I view what Romney did in tying the dog to the roof of his car as worse but I do not really care. I do not base my vote based off of animals.

I'll be voting Romney. I'd much rather trust my dog to someone whose name is obviously short for Mittens, and anyone with the name Mittens has to be a caring person.

Yeah, the dog was in the carrier but the family told the story of how the dog crapped and it ran down the car and he had to pull down and hose the car down and the dog. I am sure the dog survived or they would not have told the story in an attempt to humanize Romney (which it made him look worse). To be fair to Romney he has a pretty big family and while messed up it is somewhat understandable. President Obama eating an already deceased animal is not even an issue as far as I am concerned, people act like he went out and ate a puppy dog live. I mean we eat dead cow (well not we as in you specifically but most Americans do) as well as other animals. Agreed on Ron Paul. I am hoping Gary Johnson can secure a place in the debates since Ron Paul will not want to ruin his sons potential career by going third party.
