Occupy Wall St: Spewing Crap (Literally)

Police said that on evening of March 14, a number of Occupy demonstrators dragged large quantities of human urine and feces in containers to an open-air plaza before pouring the waste down a flight of stairs.

The incident occurred at the corner of Nassau and Cedar streets in Lower Manhattan.

Authorities said that that same night, about 20 minutes later, one of the suspects entered a Chase ATM vestibule on Water Street and poured human waste inside.

Police have released surveillance video of both incidents.

After a witness provided a license plate number of the van allegedly used to transport the waste, authorities apprehended 25-year-old Jordan Brooks Amos, of Philadelphia, two days after the incidents.

The problem with these type of protests is that you always get a few jerks - usually "anarchists" that ruin it for everyone else.

Very creative.

Here in Greece they just burnt a couple shops.

In both cases though, a few people cause a lot of trouble and affect the public image of a movement/cause.

Yes, thank you. This plus a video search. I want to rent a tux and go to OWS in my city let them hurt me. I just can not stand watching these poor souls be chained by the establishment.

Why dont they just cut off their wifi so they cant blog.

OWS is like the extreame lefty version of the Tea Party in my eyes. Both fanatic groups that arn't good for anyone, but at least the Tea Party is more organized and don't throw human fecal matter around. This movement needs to die, or at least change it;s direction drastically.

I don't know how they are supposed to accomplish anything really, their whole "strategy" is just to sit around all day in public tents on community parks and harass people, ya that's really sticking it to the man :roll:

I don't think wasting away on public parks that people pay for wiith their TAXES and then throw fecal matter around are really much better.

Some government should be cut though, alot of it is just waste that drains the system. But we do need some government programs, I agree. I just admit that it's a nesseccary evil, unlike everyone else on here who thinks it's God (ironic considering most OT members are hardcore atheists)

The Tea Party isn't more organized, there's just a lot less people who sho up and the protests and the ones that do don't stick around long since they have early bedtimes.

Any movement, especially a public movement, is going to have bad apples. The Teap Party has its folks who show up holding signs poorly spelled racist signs. That doesn't make the Tea Party movement racist however.

They've got people talking about these issues. That's an accomplishment.
