Idealism is a good thing in my opinion. I'm 23 and realise an idealistic world will never come into being but so long as young people keep their idealist views maybe we will have an ideal world in the future.

I'm fully aware they tend to fail, and I am a very cynical person these days... but still, if you can't hope for the best in society at any point what is the point in being in that society.
