Yup. You can clearly hear them talking in the trailer about the sands of time and what not. My guess is, if it does good or really good, they'll do a trilogy. But thats just a guess so, yeah.
Yeah its quite good and deffinetely will watch but something tells me there wont be any sequel.... :( ....and therefore no Warrior Within storyline! :cry:
It looks horrible. I wanted to vomit after seeing that trailer. Why does Jake Gyllenhall sound like Orlando Bloom? Just as bad or worse than the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. I will stay clear.
That looks....amazing. Wow. And Jerry B at the helm? You know itll be good. I love all 3 of the Pirates movies and I have a good feeling this will be as great as they were. And to the person worried about sequels? Trust me 3 games? 3 movies. Disney wants that money.

Possibly because the Prince from the games does. If anything, I'm actually kinda happy that they tried to stay authentic to the game in that respect.
As for the trailer, eh, the film doesn't look terrible. Surprising. It won't be great, but I'll probably end up seeing it anyway. 'Entertaining enough'?

I hate most of them just because they stood far away from the source material or it isn't anything like the games. Hitman was ok but i think the best video game adaption still is, Silent Hill.
I actually had a preconception that this would be crap before I clicked, and I was pretty impressed by the end of the trailer :) looks promising to say the least and I will likely check this out at the cinema.
Looks good! A first video game based movie I can actually enjoy. It won't be the best thing ever nor the worst but at least its a step in a positive direction for video game based movies imo.

Suprisingly, i think he fits the role. When he talks, he reminds me of the prince talking in the Prince Of Persia video game trilogy and not the new POPgame, but not 100% you could say 90% - 95% and thats because there wasn't much of him talking in the trailer. As for the movie itself, it looks really exciting.
looks good. but i know nothign of prince of persia. oh, and is it just me, or do you not find the main girl hot? im lovign her cute soft voice and her face is adorable. i saw pics of her tho, like not in character for the movie, and she doesnt look hot anymore. weird eh?

Im kinda wondering when they'll be doing a the new POP game. I still play the new one to this day, its great but not as great as the last gen trilogy, imo. But still, great. Hoping for a sequel soon, this gen is in need of more Adventure/platforming games. Off-Topic: If they made a Half-life movie...do you think, Hugh Laurie would be the best choice? :P
