And yesterday feels like January 2011MrPralineikr I have a lot of sh!t to get done before my semester ends. Luckily I'm done with applying to colleges and stuff. And in about two weeks I'm going to head to Colorado to see my mom, my step-dad, and my other siblings again. :>
The first half of the year is always the busiest (accountancy), so we're always like "once we have time in NOVEMBER, we'll do x and y", now it's the last month and I still have mountains of work. Will put in some overtime as well and should end well. No real complaints though; will be on a plane to Portugal in 3 weeks. Will be there during Christmas with direct family (parents, sister), so no real worries about gifts and such. :>I'm looking forward to the over-time, definitely. Now I just need to figure out what to buy people.

I could postpone it all but after January 2 I'll be swamped with 2012 silliness WHY CAN'T WE STOP TIME
Last chance to get in good workouts for a bit before the gyms get flooded with New Years Resolutioners.

I got a load of overtime during the Hurricane. So that is financing most of my gifts. The holiday season overtime will finish up the rest, and then I'm going to put the rest in my savings account. I'm trying to save up enough money to go to Europe.
Now, my nephew is old enough for video games so I'm going to get him a 360. My sister will fvcking kill me, but it'll be worth it. Every kid should play Halo!

Hah cool. That's nice. :> Kids certainly should enjoy them while they can. I remember being a kid and having no money for games. Now I have money but no time for them. Life is so crueli personally love this time of year.
all the family time, putting up the tree, putting up decorations, baking cookies and stuff. just great times.
spent about half the day yesterday baking homemade cookies, homemade chex mix, then my sister and niece decorated the cookies. made some rice crispy treats and some fudge. cracked a few okes, had lots of laughs, great great time.
next week gonna make some chocolate covered pretzels and some buckeyes.
I've just about finished getting all my gifts this year. I just have to buy for my dad, and he's so hard to buy for. But unfortunately I'm working almost constantly for the next three and a half weeks. I have two jobs now, retail store and post office, which are both nuts around the holidays. XilePrincessDads like single malt scotch. :} But yeah, both of those sound crazy during the holidays. I can't imagine you're allowed many days off either.

I'm going to see as many castles as I possibly can. First and foremost I want to go to Heidelberg Castle in Germany. That castle is fvcking amazing.
I'm still doing research on others.
And yes, I'm an amazing uncle. My uncle spoiled me rotten, so I'm going to do the same.
Hah cool. That's nice. :> Kids certainly should enjoy them while they can. I remember being a kid and having no money for games. Now I have money but no time for them. Life is so cruel MrPraline
I know, right?

Still have to finish AC3 And I was so hyped for that :{[QUOTE="CycleOfViolence"]ROFL That's the just the first week or two though. Seeing that sudden boost is hilarious.Last chance to get in good workouts for a bit before the gyms get flooded with New Years Resolutioners.

I always anticipated the worst lol. I've got nothing against people deciding its time to start going to the gym but I wish that they knew that this could happen anytime and not wait until the new year to do it :P

I haven't finished it either. :( Halo 4 came out and everything else went out the window.
I just have to buy for my dad, and he's so hard to buy for.XilePrincessMy dad certainly doesn't celebrate Christmas, so giving him a present is completely out of the question (he would take it as an insult). I don't celebrate Christmas, anyway. That said, on other occasions, I also find it hard to get presents for him. I have no idea what he likes - and, in fact, I'm bad at giving people presents in general. I can't remember the last time I gave someone a present. I feel bad about it, but I obsess over the possibility of getting a present for someone that s/he doesn't care about; when I was younger, I used to give presents to my friends on their birthdays, and I felt that they didn't appreciate them very much.

Catching up on reading, movies, and games when I'm at home and checking out the city when I'm out. Downtown Toronto is incredibly beautiful when they decorate everything with Christmas stuff.
Glad I got two more months of tax free pay checks. An that it's quiet in this region. Makes for slow days though.
It won't be that bad. Might pull a little overtime, but we're not the production bottleneck, so I'm not worried.
Gonna enjoy the holidays while they last, cause by the end I'll be sooooo ready for them to be over. New year FTW.
The year has flew by. I love December though =D Looking forward to going Xmas shopping with my best friend.
This years been a long one for me, I figured it slowed down because of my chronic depression and the amount of time I invested in learning some new things. I'm expecting another grueling and slow year, but such is life; I have to go through these miserable times in order for me to get to where I'm supposed to be going (sacrficing short term-happiness for long-term gain) I'm just going to have to grit my teeth and shuffle through it.
