Did you know that with some youtube videos, there's actually an advertisement that plays that you have to see and can't skip through before watching the actual video? You know, just like stupid gameplay videos and reviews right here on GameSpot?
Wow, it's actually happened. Can't say I blame Google, they want to make as much money out of this youtube phenomenon as possible. And ads pretty much run America, if not the entire world.
But youtube has been transforming into a bit of an annoyance for a while now. I remember one case in particular where a user who had a ton of music soundtracks from JRPGs was banned and all his videos removed. I used to love listening to those videos, ah well.
And while a bit off-topic, video game playthroughs have also been banned on youtube I believe... things have certainly changed since 2008 haven't they.
