Personally, I want a republican in the whitehouse. I despise democratic ideals. So I'm voting for Hillary Clinton in the Texas primary, as are all of my republican friends (you can vote in either primary here in TX). Because if she wins the nomination, John Mccain will destroy her in the general election. I think Obama poses more of a threat in the general election if he gets nominated.
And if I had to choose, I would want Hillary in the whitehouse over Obama. He lays out no specifics. He has a blurry past. He has the most liberal voting record in the senate, even more liberal than Hillary, and he has zero foreign policy experience. He also disguises his polarizing political views by saying "we need change" and "we need to come together" over and over again...he's more "polarizing" than Hillary is.
Of course, I'd rather it be neither of them. As a hard-working college graduate student, I don't want to have my taxes doubled by the democrats because I studied my ass off and earned a well-paying job.
