Stretch, stretch, stretch. But you can't stretch now, you boned yourself already, now you have to live with the pain. Next time you work out, stretch like mad afterwards. Your body will thank you the next day. Today you'll just have to live with it, though. Sorry.

Next time stretch and drink lots of water. Now there's nothing you can do about it though, like luncbox said. Live with it.

I think you have a major medical condition, you have an "abs muscule" Most people have many muscles that make up the abs.

ok yall, during workout, drink lots of water and streach between sets.  Then immediately after your workout, run a little bit as a cooldown.  It will get lots of blood and oxygen to your muscles, which helps with soreness the next day.  Or just streach for about 10 minutes after your workout.  Drink gatorade after your workout to replenish your system.

If you are sore the next day, it will only be slightly.. and if you can't even take that little bit of pain, take an anti inflamitory.

tough it out an do some long distance running.  My coaches always told me this was the fastest way to get lactic acid dunno if it's true or not, but after a couple miles sore muscles don't really bother you.

Invite a boxer over to repeatedly punch you in the gut to toughen it up.
