If you don't like rock music that would suggest you don't listen too it much. In that case you wouldn't know much about it would you? So unless there's some point in the day where your regularly forced to listen too rock music I'm guessing you just have an empty prejudice.
Drugs and musicians go hand in hand in all genre's not just Rock... I'd be hard pressed to think of many famous musicians who have not at least been offered drugs... and harder pressed to think of a genre where people don;t take or write about drugs at all.
Exactly. I wrote a song based on the murder committed by Big Lurch the rapper in which he was high on PCP and with his friend ended up BRUTALY murdering his buddies girlfriend. Google it for the full story. I've written songs while on something, but never about the experience.
well the saying does go "sex, drugs and rock and roll", you're not allowed to call it rock unless you do all three whilst writing the song by law so what do you excpect
Rock would be a bit different if they went on about how lovely buttercups are you wouldn't have ozzy bitting the head of bat he would be plating some lupins
