Okay to wear pajama pants in public?

You know this kind of cool pajama with nice designs and it seems to be a big fad, too. Has this fad passed yet? Some people think wearing pajama pants outside is very lazy and sloppy while others may consider it a cool fashion statement. Sometimes I had to go out in pajama pants because I didn't have any clean pants left to wear and I needed some change for laundry. sweatdrop.

So do you think it's Okay to wear pajama pants in public?

usually sleep in track pants so it doesnt look that odd. I have a few pajama pants but i only keep them on if im goin thru a drive-thru where ppl cant rly see my pants

It's just stupid and lazy. If it's just to step outside for something thats fine, but to go to the store, mall or whatever is just being lazy.

I never wear pajama pants either, I sleep in either boxers or shorts. I personally wouldn't wear pajama bottoms in public... lol its just not my style:P

I've done it a couple of times when I had to be some place while doing laundry.
Don't think anyone noticed to be honest, to be honest. So long as the draw string is covered they look like regular pants. o.O

But no, it's not really ok. There are certainly worse things a person can do, though.

I sleep naked, because I'm a boss. Sometimes I'll wear a T-shirt, but I can stand wearing anything down below when I sleep. Tends to twist up in all the wrong places whenever I turn over. Why did I tell you that...

if it's not against the rules there is no problem. I would suspect people will point and laugh though, but secretly wish they had something that comfy on.

I always think trashy when I see someone in stores or other places wearing pajama pants. I may wear them around the apartment and over to the laundry (2 doors down from my apartment), but if I go anywhere, I put real jeans or pants on.

Bumped into some nice girls on a Hen Night in a nightclub a few weeks back though. All dressed in pajamas they looked pretty weird but they were fun :D

I honestly don't care what other people think. I wear pajama pants to my early AM classes, the convenience store down the street, as well as the laundromat on occasion. But I've also got no one to impress at these locations.

Eh, I think it's lazy. And looks like you're trying too hard to not care, which means you do care. Especially if the pants are like snowflake patterned and it's not Christmas. That's even worse.
