The $10 dollars was an example of the process he used to steal the money. He was actually stealing $30 to $60 a night. i still dont see the harm that can do, i think hes pretty smart, things are expensive nowadays, you got to do what you can to make your cash

No, they would just terminate you.
they won't fire you if you're a good worker. I don't think a good employee would be stealing purposefully from the place of business.
