Omelets are fantastic. I like mine smothered in cheese with meat and maybe mushrooms and/or peppers inside.

I love me some omelettes. They make pretty good ones in Japan. The crab, cheese, and bacon one was quite exquisite.

I love omelettes, but my house only has these crappy £3 frying pans so they just end up sticking to the sides. So they come out like scrambled egg with cheese.

I eat omelettes. But not for breakfast; I eat them for my main meal: either lunch or dinner. But not very often.

I put in it (not on top; but inside the mixture as it is cooked) feta cheese and/or bacon/ham pieces.

There is something about the combination of the flavour of egg with cheese that is absolutely disgusting to me. I love eggs, and I love cheese (not reconstituted rennet poo that qualifies as American cheese, let alone Kraft f*****g slices or f*****g Velv**ta).

I appreciate both, just not in concert. At least no one can pass off a fake egg as anything else, like corrupt Capitalist dirtbag dairy owners can pass off processed flim-flam bogus pseudo cheese derivative material as "Kraft Singles".

To each his own, and an English Breakfast is FAR removed from a "Yank Processed Artery-Clogging Hell".

Granted, a Limey fry-up is not without it's health concerns, but it IS without processed hydrogenated crap with the nutrient-equivalant of cardboard.

I've never had an omelette. Suddenly, I feel like I'm missing out on some kind of crazy party.

I eat them occasionally. I like to put ham, cheese, and bell peppers in mine. Good stuff.
